Top Gun Customz utilizes standard USPS and UPS ground freight on all orders.
For orders going to Alaska and Hawaii please call 419.309.5702 for a quote. Additional shipping charges apply.
Weather and holidays are the most common shipping delay for UPS and USPS.
Top Gun Customz does not accept returns outside of 30 days from the original date of purchase. Top Gun Customz does not accept C.O.D. returns. All returns must be authorized by Top Gun Customz to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping and handling costs are to be paid for by the customer unless there is a warranty issue, in which case Top Gun Customz will issue a return label for the customer. All eligible products are subject to a 15% restock fee for new product returns. Top Gun Customz does not accept opened and/or installed products for refunds. Any/all products returned will go through our inspection process and be deemed eligible or ineligible for return, exchange, or refund based on the condition of the packaging and the product. All products must be in their original packaging, not installed, all components present with no damage or wear when received.
